SET UP WITH YOU, STEP BY STEP

If you died tomorrow, your family would know what you own and where to find it. They would know who to call and what to do first.

PolicyDoctor helps you put your family’s key information in one safe place. We help you set it up, choose who can see it, and write down what your family should do first.

Permission-Controlled Access Guided by the Founder
THE PROBLEM

One person often knows how the whole family works.

If that person dies or can no longer help, the family may have papers but no clear plan. No one else knows the full story.

01

One person knows most of it. They know the accounts, plans, contacts, and how things work. Much of this may only be in their head.

02

Key papers are spread out. They may be in files, emails, websites, drawers, or someone's memory. There is no one place that shows what the family has.

03

No one knows who to call or what to do first. Which bank? Which account? Which agent? Which lawyer? Even when the papers are found, the family may not know the next step.

04

Papers are not a plan. A folder can hold records, but it cannot guide the family. Someone must sort them, explain them, and keep them up to date.

WHAT YOU GET

A full plan for your family, built with you step by step.

Each step gives your family something clear they can use.

We Build Your Family's List

We go through what you own, what you owe, and who your family may need to call. Then we make a clear list and put it in one safe place.

We Add What Your Family Will Need

We help you list everything you want your family to have. Then we put it in your vault so it is ready when you are gone.

You Can Write What Comes First

You can leave clear steps for your family to follow. Tell them who to call, what to check, and what to do first.

You Choose Who Has Access

You choose the people you trust. You also choose what each person can see in your vault.

We Make Sure Access Works

We help your trusted person(s) sign in and find the right parts of your vault. This makes sure they can get in before your family needs it.

We Keep Your Vault Up to Date

Once a year, we review your vault with you. We update what has changed so your family can still find the right information.

WHAT YOUR FAMILY WILL FIND

When they need help, they will know where to start.

Your spouse, child, or trusted person(s) can sign in and find what they need. They will not have to start from scratch.

What Your Family Finds

They can see the accounts, property, papers, and other things you chose to add. Each item shows what it is and where to find it.

Who They Should Call

They can find the people and places they may need to call. They will know who can help and how to reach them.

What You Want Them to Do First

They can read any steps you chose to leave. This can tell them who to call, what to check, and what to do first.

What to Do Next

Your family can see the next step for each item. They will know who to call, where to go, and what to do first.

You choose who can use your vault and what each person can see. Some people may only be able to read what you share with them.

HOW SETUP WORKS

We build it with you from start to finish.

Your $349 fee includes your setup and first year. We set aside two hours to build your vault with you and make sure your trusted person can get in. If we need more time, we can meet again on another day at no extra cost.

1

Use Our Checklist

We give you a full list of things to look for before your meeting. You use it to gather the accounts, records, contacts, and other items you want in your vault.

2

Bring What You Found

Come to the meeting with most or all of your information ready. The setup call is not used to search for missing assets.

3

Build Your Vault

During the meeting, we add your information and put each item in the right place.

4

Add Your Trusted People

You choose who should have access. We add them and set what each person can see.

5

Test Their Access

We make sure your trusted people can sign in and find the parts of the vault you chose to share.

6

Finish the Setup

We check the vault with you and make sure the main setup is done. If more time is needed, we can meet again on another day at no extra cost.

Yearly Review

Once a year, we review your vault with you and update it if anything has changed.

PolicyDoctor organizes the information you provide. We do not guarantee discovery of every account, asset, obligation, or document — the system is built from what we gather together.

WHY ONE-ON-ONE SETUP HELP MATTERS

The value is in the guidance and the storage.

PolicyDoctor gives your family one secure place to find the information they may need. You also get one-on-one help to organize it, spot gaps, and make sure trusted people can access the right information.

01

Guidance makes setup easier. You know what to gather, where it belongs, and what to do next.

02

Your information stays organized. Assets, documents, contacts, and instructions are kept in one clear system.

03

Missing items become easier to see. Gaps can be found before your family needs the information.

04

Access is tested. Trusted-person access is checked before setup is complete.

Give your family answers, not confusion.

Set up your vault that shows your family what you have, where to find it, who to call, and what to do first.
